How do you manage to have the jeans in full colour and your body in b&w? I know about colour accent on my Canon camera, but that can only choose one colour.

It was actually done in post.. in Photoshop. I took the original (in color), then duplicated it over the original. I then removed the color in the original and masked out the jeans in the new layer. So, the top layer (just the jeans) is in color, the layer below (everything else) is in black and white.
